Final consolidated Admission & Merit Scholarship Policy of Impact Group of Colleges, applicable to all approved academic programs.

1. Policy Notification

This notification supersedes all previous drafts and confirms full-course scholarship validity, subject to institutional norms.

2. Modes of Admission

• Direct Admission (Merit-Based): Based on Class 12 marks for UG / Diploma / Integrated programs and Graduation marks for PG programs. No entrance examination required.
• IMPACT-CAT (ICAT) 2026: Common Entrance Test conducted by Impact Group of Colleges. Applicable for UG, PG, Professional & Diploma programs with scholarship linked to CET score / rank.

4. Scholarship Validity (Full Course Duration)

The Merit Scholarship awarded under this scheme shall remain valid for the entire duration of the academic program, applicable across all academic years and semesters, and limited to tuition fee only.

5. Conditions for Continuation (Every Academic Year)

• Pass status in all subjects with no unauthorized backlogs
• Minimum attendance as prescribed by University / Regulatory bodies
• Good conduct and discipline throughout the academic year
• Timely payment of balance fees; non-compliance may lead to cancellation
